Return Policy (30-Day Returns)
At Eklectra, our priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. We’re here to guide you through the return process to make it quick and easy.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
· Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and free from wear, damage, or alterations.
· Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any labels, manuals, accessories, or protective materials that came with it.
· Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to start a return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@eklectra.store with:
· Your order number
· The item(s) you wish to return
· The reason for the return (optional)
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Eklectra will cover the return shipping cost for approved returns. A prepaid return label will be provided along with packaging instructions. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
Items Returned Without Authorization
Items returned without prior authorization or not using the provided return label will be refused and returned to you. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow the return instructions we provide.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
· Custom or special-order products
· Used or assembled equipment
· Perishable or hazardous materials
· Clearance or final sale items
· Gift cards

Restocking Fee
Eklectra does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
